The President of the Republic of Belarus has signed the Edict No 531 of 2 December 2013 "On some issues of the Informatiization" that regulates important matters relating to the development and implementation of informatization programs in the Republic of Belarus. The unofficial translation of the Edict is placed on the National legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus.
