Some rules concerning control over transit of heavy load automobile vehicles changed

Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 6 August 2014 No 398 has introduced some changes in the rules concerning the transit of heavy load automobile vehicles on pubic roads. In particular the Edict approved new limits of maximum weight on one axle for the period when seasonal restrictions for travel of heavy load vehicles are introduced in Belarus.

The Edict has been officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 8 August 2014 and enters into force in ten days after its official publication.
