List of offshore zones modified

The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 26 November 2014 No. 545 has modified the offshore zones list approved by the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 25 May 2006 No. 353. In particular, Aruba, Curaçao, islands of Bonaire, Saba, Sint Eustatius, and Sint Maarten have been added to the said list. 

The Edict was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 29 November 2014 and entered into force from 1 December 2014.
