Regulations for maintaining record of political parties’ structures approved

The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 29 January 2014 approved, by its Resolution of 29 February 2014 No 141, the Regulations on the order of maintaining record of organizational structures of political parties and public associations.The Regulations provide that organizational structures of political parties and public associations which are granted the rights of legal persons are subject to state registration, those without such rights are to be put on records, with main directorates of justice of regional executive committees (in the city of Minsk – with Minsk City Executive Committee).
The Resolution was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus and entered into force on 20 February 2014.
