Belarus ratified an agreement of member states of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning ozone depleting substances

The Law of the Republic of Belarus of 17 December 2015 ratified the Agreement on conveyance of ozone depleting substances and of products containing them when carrying out mutual trade of member states of the Eurasian Economic Union signed on 29 May 2015.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection has been designated as the competent and reporting body of the Republic of Belarus for purposes of implementing provisions of the said Agreement.

The Law was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 22 December 2015 and enters into force in ten days after its official publication.
