Government approved guidelines for social rehabilitation of persons suffering from alcoholism and drug addiction

The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Resolution of 25 September 2015 No.803 the Concept of social rehabilitation of persons suffering from alcoholism, drug addiction and toxicomania. The Concept provides for stage-by-stage implementation during 2016-2020 of a number of organizational and legal arrangements aimed at reduction of the number of persons suffering from alcoholism, drug addiction and toxicomania and at lowering the number of offences committed by such persons.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 29 September 2015 and entered into force from the day of its official publication.
