Amendments in the procedure for dealing with citizens’ and legal persons’ applications adopted

The Resolution of the Counsil of Ministers of 26 July 2017 No 555 introduced amendments into the Resolution of the Counsil of Ministers of 23 July 2012 No 667 “On some issues of dealing with applications of citizens and legal persons”. In particular, amendments concern the procedure for dealing with applications of citizens and legal persons in state bodies, state and other organizations received during hot lines and direct telephone lines.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 29 July 2017 and entered into force after its official publication
