Law on investment funds has been officially published

The Law of the Republic of Belarus “On investment funds” was signed by the President of the Republic of Belarus on 17 July 2017. The Law provides the definition of investment funds and their types, investment declaration, determines powers of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and authorized body on state regulation of relations in the sphere of investment funds.

The Law No. 52-Z was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 22 July 2017, and its main provisions enter into force in a year after its official publication.
