Belarus ratified Agreement with Hong Kong for the avoidance of double taxation

The Law of the Republic of Belarus of 3 May 2017 ratified the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China for the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of income and capital tax evasion, signed in Hong Kong on 16 January 2017.

The Law was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 6 May 2017.
