President approved Regulations on financing commercial organizations against assignment of rights (claims)

Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 11 May 2017 No 154 approved Regulations providing that special financial organizations to be created in accordance with its provisions will be able to finance commercial organizations against assignment of rights (claims) with simultaneous (subsequent) issuance of bonds.

The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 16 May 2017, and its main provisions enter into force from 1 July 2018.
