Special legal status for residents of the China-Belarus Industrial Park “Great Stone” established
Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 12 May 2017 No 166 approved Regulations on special legal status of the China-Belarus Industrial Park “Great Stone”. According to the Regulations, residents of the industrial park shall be granted the most favorable economic regime in comparison with other regimes of conducting entrepreneurial activity in the Republic of Belarus.
Residents of the industrial park may be legal persons created in the Republic of Belarus located in the territory of the park that intend to implement investment projects in certain spheres of activities provided that the investment amount is not less than 500 thousand US dollars.
The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 25 May 2017 and entered into force after its official publication.
