Government determined technical normative legal act to be applied while evaluating civil-law objects

Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 23 March 2018 No 213 "On issues of conducting assessment of the value of objects of civil rights" established the list of technical codes of good practice, approved by the State Committee on Property of the Republic of Belarus, to be applied for evaluation of civil-law objects.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 27 March 2018 and entered into force from 26 February 2018.
