Legal regulations for carrying out gambling business approved

Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 7 August 2018 No 304 “On improvement of legal regulation of the gambling business” established that requirements for virtual gambling establishments shall be determined by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, approved specific features of licensing of activities in the sphere of gambling business, and modified regulations on carrying out activities in the sphere of gambling business

The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 11 August 2018, and its provisions enter into force after its official publication and from 1 April 2019.
