Regulations concerning issuance of authorizations for international carriage of passengers in regular services approved

Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 7 March 2018 No. 188 approved Regulations concerning issuance of authorizations for international carriage of passengers in regular services. According to the Regulations authorizations for international carriage of passengers in regular services shall be issued according to a decision of the permanent commission of the Ministry of Transport and Communications upon the results of consideration of an application of the carrier.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 14 March 2018 and entered into force after its official publication.
