A new procedure for regulating the procurement of goods, works, services during construction approved
The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 7 June 2019 No. 223 has determined the procedure for regulating the procurement of goods, works, services in the construction industry and the mechanism for conducting trading (contractor trading), exchange trading, or negotiations for carrying out such procurement, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.
According to the Edict, the order for organizing and conducting procurement of goods (works, services) during construction shall be established by the Government.
The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 11 June 2019, and its main provisions enter into force from 1 July 2019.
