Import of portland cement from outside the Eurasian Economic Union to be temporarily licensed
The Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 18 August 2020 No 491 set out a temporary licensing for the import of portland cement to the Republic of Belarus from outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.
According to the Resolution import of portland cement classified by the code 2523 29 000 0 of the Single Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union shall be carried out on one-time licenses to be issued by the Ministry of Antimonopoly regulation and trade in agreement with the Ministry of Architecture and Construction.
The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 21 August 2020, enters into force in ten days after its official publication and will be effective for three months.
