Kochanova holds Naftan Supervisory Board meeting
MINSK (BelTA) – Chair of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Natalya Kochanova held a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Naftan oil refinery on 27 August, BelTA learned from the press service of the upper chamber of the Belarusian parliament.
Natalya Kochanova is head of the Naftan Supervisory Board. The six-point agenda of the meeting focused on financial and economic performance of the company in H1, fulfillment of efficiency targets and implementation of the company's business plan. Delivering a report was Naftan Director General Aleksandr Demidov.
He noted that Naftan ran a program to purchase oil from alternative suppliers in several countries and took measures to cut costs in order to minimize the impact of the unfavorable external environment on the company's performance.
