Government approved regulations concerning access of consumers to transport services related to spheres of natural monopolies
The Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 28 May 2020 No 323 approved regulations concerning access of consumers to some transport services related to spheres of natural monopolies, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.
In particular, the Resolution approved rules concerning access of consumers to the services of automobile passenger transport terminals and to airport services, as well as regulations on the procedure for determining the amount of economically sound profit taken into account when setting tariffs for airport services and air navigation services, and concerning tariffs for public railway services and for services of transport terminals.
The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 2 June 2020, and its main provisions enter into force in three months after its official publication.
