New amendments to the criminal legislation of Belarus approved
The Law of the Republic of Belarus of 6 January 2021 approved amendments to the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.
The amendments are aimed at improving the legal regulation of relations arising in connection with bringing the crime perpetrators to criminal responsibility.
Thus, a number of amendments are made to the Criminal Code related to the legal regulation of the grounds for, conditions of criminal liability, as well as the application of punishment and other measures of criminal liability.
The Law was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 13 January 2021.
