Belarus, Equatorial Guinea to forge educational partnerships

MINSK ( BelTA) – Belarus and Equatorial Guinea have agreed to establish educational partnerships, BelTA learned from the press service of the Education Ministry.

Such an arrangement was made at the first meeting of the joint working group on cooperation in education. The meeting was held at the Ministry of Education and Science of Equatorial Guinea. The event was attended by First Deputy Education Minister of Belarus Aleksandr Bakhanovich, representatives of Belarusian State Technological University, Belarusian National Technical University, and Belarusian State University. The Equatorial Guinea delegation was headed by Minister-Delegate Purificación Buari Lasaquero.

The parties will cooperate in training engineering and agricultural specialists, in vocational education, as well as in teaching Equatorial Guinea citizens the Russian language.
