Draft agreement on integrated electricity market of Union State approved

MINSK ( BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed Decree No. 376 to approved the draft agreement on the formation of an integrated electricity market of the Union State as a basis for negotiations, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

This international agreement establishes the legal basis for the formation, operation and development of the integrated electricity market of the Union State, regulates relations related to the purchase and sale of electricity between the participants of this market. The agreement also determines the entities of the integrated market, their rights and obligations.
