Roadmap to guide Belarus-Azerbaijan cooperation through 2025 signed

MINSK ( BelTA) – A roadmap designed to guide Belarus-Azerbaijan cooperation through 2025 was signed in Minsk on 6 June. The document was signed by Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Igor Petrishenko and Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Ahmadov, BelTA has learned.

The parties also signed minutes of the 14th session of the Belarus-Azerbaijan intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation.

The number of other documents signed as a result of the commission’s session includes a memorandum of cooperation between the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange and the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of Azerbaijan. Belarus’ Republican Institute of Vocational Education and the State Agency for Vocational Education under the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan signed a memorandum of cooperation.

Technical rules were also approved for organizing information interaction in the course of fulfilling control activities in the field of phytosanitary control between the Main State Inspectorate for Seed Production, Quarantine and Plant Protection of Belarus and the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency.
