Belarus President makes personnel decisions

MINSK, 8 November (BelTA) – President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko made several personnel decisions on 8 November, the press service of the Belarusian leader told BelTA.

The head of state appointed:

Andrei Kobyakov - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia with concurrent accreditation as the Resident Representative of Belarus in the Eurasian Economic Community;

Vladimir Lopato-Zagorsky – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Indonesia;

Andrei Molchan – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to South Africa;

Sergei Rakhmanov – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Japan;

Alexander Semeshko – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Bahrain (concurrent accreditation).

The President also approved the appointment of:

Gennady Nevyglas – Deputy Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization;

Anatoly Shagun – Deputy Minister of Housing and Communal Services;

Pavel Utyupin – Deputy Industry Minister;

Maksim Yermolovich – Deputy Finance Minister;

Vyacheslav Bursky – Director General of the open joint-stock company Minsk Mechanical Plant named after S.I. Vavilov – the managing company of the holding company BelOMO;

Anatoly Kapsky – Director General of the open joint-stock company BATE – the managing company of the holding company Autocomponents.
