Guminsky to participate in OSCE PA session

MINSK, 6 October (BelTA) – Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Viktor Guminsky will take part in the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Fall Meetings in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on 6-10 October, BelTA learnt from the press service of the House of Representatives.

The meetings will include a parliamentary conference on Regional Development in South-East Europe, a Standing Committee meeting, and a Mediterranean Forum. Viktor Guminsky will speak on human trafficking at the parliamentary conference.

The session will include meetings with the heads of the Parliamentary Assembly and the delegations of the OSCE member states.

The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly includes 320 MPs from 55 countries of Europe, Central Asia and North America. The OSCE PA is a platform for inter-parliamentary diplomacy. Its major functions are election observation and cooperation in politics, economy, environmental protection, security and human rights.
