Belarus President pardons one more 19 December rioter

MINSK, 3 October (BelTA) - President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, guided by the principles of humanity, has pardoned one more individual who took an active part in the riots in Independence Square of Minsk on 19 December 2010. The Belarusian leader signed the relevant decree on 1 October, BelTA learnt from the presidential press service.
