Belarus in favor of dialogue with Europe

MINSK, 12 September (BelTA) – Belarus remains committed to contacts and a dialogue with Europe, Foreign Minister of Belarus Sergei Martynov told media on 12 September.

“Belarus has been and will be a supporter of contacts and a dialogue with Europe because we are convinced the way of mutual silence and mutual ignoring cannot find the truth and produce results,” said Sergei Martynov.

The Minister remarked that he stayed in touch with counterparts from European countries. “Although the topics of these contacts are sometimes rather complicated, sometimes rather acute, the contacts continue and it is the right thing to do,” he said.
