Belarus taking part in InterFood Astana 2012
MINSK, 19 April (BelTA) – Belarusian companies are taking part in the InterFood Astana 2012 exhibition, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
The 14th International Exhibition of Foodstuffs, Drinks, Packaging and Equipment for Food Industry InterFood Astana 2012 opened in Astana on 18 April. The exhibition is the leading food and packaging forum in Kazakhstan.
Taking part in the forum are Gomel Meat and Dairy Company, meat packing plants from Kalinkovichi, Zhlobin and Gomel, Mozyr Dairy Products, Oktyabrsky Skimmed Milk Powder Plant, Lidapischekontsentraty, Rogachev Milk Cannery.
The Belarusian delegation met with Kazakhstan partners to discuss ways to increase and diversify Belarusian food exports to Kazakhstan. They also discussed dealer network development prospects and establishment of joint ventures.
The exhibition will stay open until 20 April.
