Belarus to sign investment agreement on Khotislavskoye development

MINSK, 6 January (BelTA) – Belarus is set to sign an investment agreement to implement a project of the Khotislavskoye silicate sand and chalk deposit development. The decision is contained in Council of Ministers’ Resolution No 13 of 4 January 2012, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian government.

The agreement will be concluded between the Republic of Belarus and the Triple Company, Redcast Holdings Limited, Belneftegaz and KvartsMelProm. In line with the document, the project will aim the development of the Khotislavskoe silicate sand and chalk deposit in Malority District, Brest Oblast.

The Brest oblast executive committee has been authorized to sign the agreement on Belarus’ behalf and coordinate the list of technological equipment (component and spare parts) imported to the country for the implementation of the project.

The Architecture and Construction Ministry will coordinate the implementation of the investment agreement.
