Soyuzkali may be launched in February 2013
MINSK, 22 June (BelTA) – The Belarusian-Russian joint company Soyuzkali may start its operation in February 2013, First Vice Premier Vladimir Semashko told media on 22 June.
In his words, a final decision has been made up to set up this company. “Yesterday I approved an action plan which envisages the company’s launch in February 2013,” the Belarusian official said.
Soyuzkali will be registered in Switzerland. The move will allow for a privileged tax regime and an access to low-interest loans.
