Minsk hosts Belarus-Azerbaijan ministerial consultations
MINSK, 3 May (BelTA) – Ways to intensify political, trade and economic interaction between Belarus and Azerbaijan are on the agenda of the ministerial consultations on 3-5 May, spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of Belarus Andrei Savinykh told a press briefing.
A Belarusian delegation is led by First Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Terishenko, Azerbaijani one by Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Khalaf Khalafov.
The parties are looking into the ways of intensifying bilateral relations in the political, trade and economic areas, humanitarian and interregional cooperation, collaboration in the international arena.
The Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan is set to meet with First Vice Premier of Belarus Vladimir Semashko.
