Concept of Belarus’ electric power law to be drafted in 2013

MINSK, 28 November (BelTA) – A concept of the electric power law will be developed in Belarus in 2013, Energy Minister of Belarus Alexander Ozerets said at a joint session of the House of Representatives and the Council of the Republic as he answered questions of MPs on 28 November, BelTA has learnt.

“The concept will be studied during 2013. After that a law on electric power will be drafted,” Alexander Ozerets said. He informed that the concept was elaborated already, but some remarks on it have been received.

According to the Energy Minister, the electric power law will become a clear and comprehensive document incorporating all the existing legal acts.
