Lukashenko sends greetings to new Russian presidential envoy Bulavin

MINSK, 13 March (BelTA) – President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to Vladimir Bulavin who was appointed Russian presidential envoy in the North-Western Federal District, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian head of state.
