Martynetsky appointed First Deputy Head of Belarus President Administration

MINSK (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko appointed Konstantin Martynetsky First Deputy Head of the Belarus President Administration. The head of state signed the corresponding decree on 3 April.
