Upper chamber approves appointment of Pavel Kallaur to the post of NBRB Chairman

MINSK (BelTA) - The Council of the Republic approved the appointment of Pavel Kallaur to the post of Chairman of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (NBRB), BelTA has learned.

As was reported, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko appointed Pavel Kallaur on 27 December 2014 to the post of Chairman of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus. Since October 2010 Pavel Kallaur held the post of the Chairman of the Board of OAO Belvnesheconombank.
