Belarus president to give State of the Nation speech 24 April


MINSK, BelTA – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko will deliver his annual State of the Nation Address to the Belarusian people and the National Assembly on 24 April, BelTA learned from the president's press service.

The event at the Oval Hall of the Seat of Government will bring together top-ranking officials, members of the government, heads of government bodies and agencies, major enterprises, representatives of the diplomatic corps and mass media.

The speech by the head of state will be broadcast live by the TV channels Belarus 1, Belarus 24, and the First National Channel of the Belarusian Radio. The broadcast will begin at 10:30. The televised version of the Address will be air on Belarusian TV channels in the evening.
