Nine bills to consider at Belarus' parliamentary spring session opening

MINSK (BelTA) – Nine draft laws are ready for consideration at the opening of the fourth session of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus on 2 April, BelTA learned from the press service of the House of Representatives.

The first reading will be given to the amendments and additions to the laws on transport and expediting activities, motor roads and road activities. The agenda will also include a bill on organic farming, amendments to the Administrative Offense Code and the Code of Execution Procedure for Administrative Offences, some of the laws on the legal protection of semiconductor topography.

The bill on the amendments and additions to some laws of the Republic of Belarus will have its second reading.

The agenda will also include the ratification of international agreements, including that on Belarus' joining the SCO governmental agreement on international road transportation facilitation, and the protocol on the amendments to the Agreement on the Status of the CIS Economic Court of 6 July 1992.
