Belarus approves list of banks authorized to service state programs

BelTA) – Belarus has approved a list of banks authorized to handle state program financing. The corresponding Resolution No. 18/1 of 15 January 2026, issued jointly by the Council of Ministers and the National Bank, was published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA has learned.
The list comprises 21 institutions. These include Belarusbank, Belagroprombank, Priorbank, Belinvestbank, Alfa-Bank, Belgazprombank, Sberbank, Belvnesheconombank, MTBank, VTB Bank (Belarus), Bank Dabrabyt, Technobank, and Trade Capital Bank. The list also includes Belarusian People’s Bank, BSB Bank, Paritetbank, Bank Reshenie, StatusBank, Neo Bank Asia, Zepter Bank, and the Bank of Growth and Business Development.
The resolution takes effect from the date of its official publication.
