Young parliamentarians of Belarus, Venezuela sign cooperation agreement

BelTA) – The Youth Council under the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus and young parliamentarians of the National Assembly of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela have signed a cooperation agreement, the press service of the Council of the Republic told BelTA.
The official ceremony to sign the agreement took place during a meeting between members of the Venezuelan National Assembly, America Pérez and Mario Antonio Castillo Pérez, and members of the Youth Council under the Council of the Republic and the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus.
Key topics of the meeting included young women’s leadership, youth participation in social and political life, responsible treatment of animals, as well as informational, educational, and patriotic projects.
The first teleconference between the Youth Council under the Council of the Republic and young parliamentarians of Venezuela was held on 7 November 2024. In 2025, with the support of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the Republic of Belarus Franklin Ramirez Araque, a thematic meeting was held with the participation of the Youth Council under the House of Representatives.
