Decree simplifying advance payments for state agricultural supplies signed

BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed Decree No. 223 simplifying the conditions for advance payments for agricultural goods supplied for republican state needs. The document amends Decree No. 350 of 17 July 2014, BelTA has learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The decree introduces permanently effective purchase prices for agricultural goods, which will be adjusted when justified by objective factors.The new approach will enable agricultural processing companies to conclude supply contracts in advance and provide advance payments to agricultural producers in a timely manner.
