Belarus’ Finmarket platform opens access to exchange-traded bonds for individuals

18.08.2026
MINSK ( BelTA) – Trading in exchange-traded bonds for individuals began on the Finmarket financial platform on 17 August, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

The Finmarket financial platform was created as a single digital marketplace for financial services, where individuals can directly purchase shares and bonds without intermediaries. In the future, users will also be able to access other financial instruments, including bank deposits, loans and insurance policies offered by different organizations, comparing terms and choosing the most advantageous offers.

“Now, investing in this reliable instrument does not require qualified investor status, and all registered users will be able to purchase these bonds. The changes were introduced by Resolution No. 30 of the Belarusian Ministry of Finance dated 7 July 2026, which came into force on 23 July,” the BCSE said.
