Belarusian government updates lists of state-funded construction projects for 2026

BelTA) – Belarus has updated the lists of construction projects and facilities under the state investment program for 2026. This is provided for by Council of Ministers Resolution No. 433 of 26 August 2026, which has been published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA has learned.
The lists cover construction projects and facilities for state needs to be financed in 2026–2028 from the national budget, municipal property facilities funded from the national budget, the projects financed from the national budget through the national road fund and the projects financed from the State Targeted Budgetary Fund for National Development in 2026–2028.
The volumes of state capital investments funded from the national budget for 2026 have been updated, as have the funds from the State Targeted Budgetary Fund for National Development allocated to finance state capital investments, as well as the funds from the same fund earmarked in 2026 for interest payments on loans and repayment of principal on loans issued for construction projects.
The resolution came into force on 26 August and applies to legal relations that arose from 1 January.
