Lukashenko okays drafts of two CIS international agreements

BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed decrees on 5 October to approve drafts of two international agreements within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States as the basis for negotiations, the press service of the Belarusian leader told BelTA.
A draft protocol was approved on amending the agreement on cooperation of the CIS countries in fighting crimes in the field of information technologies of 28 September 2018 in addition to a draft of the second optional protocol to the convention on the transfer of persons sentenced to imprisonment for the sake of consequently serving their sentences of 6 March 1998.
The Internal Affairs Ministry has been authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft documents.
