President approved new hunting rules
The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 16 September 2020 No 345 introduced important amendments into regulations concerning hunting in Belarus, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.
The Edict has approved, in particular, new Hunting Rules and Rules for Conducting Hunting Husbandry. Approved amendments provide for exclusion of unnecessary requirements concerning the procedure for obtaining permissions for hunting.
The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 19 September 2020, and it main provisions enter into force from 1 January 2021.
